Birds have a high visibility in nature and a marvelous aesthetic appeal making them a beloved subject to study both by professonals and amateurs.
Many naturalists and painters have been drawing birds non better than the American ornithologist, naturalist and painter John James Audubon with his work The Birds of America.
These lovely pelagic seabirds have legs that are placed very close together, so close in fact that walking is nearly impossible and they therefore get around when on land by pushing themself forward.
