Ogawa Kazumasa was a Japanese photographer who is known for his work with flower photography. He was particularly interested in capturing their beauty and delicate nature. One of his techniques was using a large format camera which allowed him to capture great detail and sharpness. Kazumasa would often set up his camera on a tripod and take multiple exposure of the same flower from different angles, using a variety of lenses and lighting setups.
In addition to using technical skills to capture high-quality images, Ogawa Kazumasa also focused on composition and aesthetics in his work. He would carefully select and arrange the flowers, taking into account the colours, shapes and textures of the different plants.
