Echidna or Porcupine Ant-Eater

Hey you two!

These two spiny anteaters are adorable hanging out eating ants with their long tongues by a waterhole with a beautiful background of palm trees and mountains.

Their ancestors were aquatic, but these echidnas or Porcupine Ant-Eaters as they also are known adapted to life on land.

Printed with Japanese archival ink on a matte Hahnemühle paper in our own studio in rural Copenhagen, Denmark.
